4 inches deep, 40 cm long pothole wasn't fixed!

Reported via desktop in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 14:12, Fri 12 November 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This was reported months ago. Just been closed without having been fixed. Someone sprayed it to make it visible back in Sept. I broke a bike wheel riding over it in the dark - how do I claim for that please?
