Brick Pavers are uneven

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Brick pavers are uneven! Area has been marked by engineers to be repaired! Contractors arrived to inspect damage lifted a few brick pavers then covered over with leaves and left! since then I have tripped on this hole so what is going on? very poor service Bristol City council. We are now looking at possibly 6 months since last reported.
