Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Central road bollard, approaching downhill, Is not lit/visible. The concrete base is wide and only when on top of it whilst driving is the width seen causing cars to suddenly swerve. If someone is crossing or standing in the middle of the road on the mid road concrete standing between the bollards, this could be catastrophic. Light from the adjacent convenience store casts further darkness with shadows.
