Overgrowth - still an issue

Thank you for making efforts to work on enquiry 3019761. It has been listed as fixed, however is not unfortunately. The contractor who did the job did not complete it and in addition left behind tree branches on part of the pavement. The hedge needs to be cut back so the pavement can be used by two people as it is paved to do rather one person barely being able to walk on the pavement and the other walks in the mud. This is especially a desire for those with young children with whose hand you need to hold while walking on a busy road. There is still tree branches and vines hanging over where you have to duck to walk on the pavement. This issue has been present since at least March. Thank you for your help with this matter.
