The wall, which has been bulging for several months, has started to give way, with large stones falling onto the public highway. This is a pedestrian path between All Saints Road and Thorndale.

I live fairly close to this address and use the public access lane that runs alongside the property. I am writing now as I am very concerned about the safety of the garden wall that separates the property from the public lane at the back of the property. This wall has been bulging for a long time and in the last 24 hours several largish stones have become dislodged from the wall and fallen onto the public lane. I am particularly concerned as the remaining wall looks very unstable and could potentially cause significant harm to pedestrians walking along this lane.

I have just spoken to one of the members of the building's management company who says they are aware and are in the process of getting a stonemason involved.
