Uneven and cracked pavement outside Tesco Express, Bishopston.

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 15:54, Tue 30 November 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

My mother has just tripped over this cracked pavement and fell into the bikes at the bike parking close by. She has gashed her cheek and is currently at Southmead A&E as she needs stitches to her cheek. The fall meant that she broke her very expensive glasses.

  • I fell on this very uneven pavement on 20/1/22, which has already caused someone else to have an injury. My front teeth sliced through my lower lip and I am waiting to see a doctor and a dentist. A pharmacist examined me today (Saturday) and told me my mouth has become infected, which is causing me a lot of physical and mental distress. I’m in real pain. If I have to have corrective dental surgery, I will make a claim to Bristol City Council.
