This pavement has been blocked in one way or another since the spring. The motorbike is a permanent feture. Planters left outside. Blocking access.

Christmas trees for sale outside te cafe. Motorbike still there. Outdoor plant display blocking access to pavement. Beer barrel storage. This is also encouraging others to fly tip here.

No change. Maybe I’m wrong, perhaps it’s perfectly legal and acceptable to block the pavement? I could arranging planters and motorcycles out on my street.

Crap’s all still there, now with added tables and chairs for al fresco dining. Council website reporting facility not working.
