Inspection cover in highway, between street lighting 020 and 021 which are located on the opposite side to the defect. The road is the A4174 known as Anton Bantock Way. The issue is left hand carriageway, from signal junction of Queens Road and Grange Road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Inspection cover is depressed/sunk lower then highway level where the surround has now started to give in. due to the depth and width of the inspection cover, this has created a large depressed area. The surface are of a vehicle tyre will full drop into the sunken area.
