There is a grid, like a cattle grid, it's raised by about 2". Caused a fall

    The raised grid is still a trip hazard and has not been repaired. This was reported on 10/12/21 where an elderly lady tripped over and badly injured herself. can you please arrange to be repaired to avoid anyone else tripping over. Thanks . . .
