Reported via desktop in the Street Light category anonymously at 20:03, Fri 10 December 2021
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
From the row of lights, 50% are off up Novers Hills from the bottom at Parsons Street. People frequently speed on Novers Hill, with lights off that has become even more frequent. People can hide in hedges, that is causing distress. Two neighbours had issues in the area with lights off that is even more threatening.
