Maintenance Cover knocked Off Lampost!

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Noticed today (Sat 11/12/21) that Lampost Maintenance cover is on ground by the side of Lampost, but still attached by earth strap. It seems to have a bent retaining lug at bottom of cover!
