Parking opposite and/or adjacent to the residential car park entrance on Hengaston Street (at the rear of 194 West Street) prevent cars exiting car park. Road marking required to restrict nuisance parking please

    This is right outside my dads house who is partially sited...and blocking pavement for wheelchairs and emergency services any closer he will be in front room
