Drain over flowing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3182692.
Drain has been reported as collapsed ETM came out last week and pump the drain out and told a neighbour that they are aware the drain has collapsed and they have a job to replace/ repair the drain.Can you give a rough date when this work will be done as we cannot go through another winter walking through dirty sludge and water to get to our cars or homes please reply asap

Still no response from the council. Etm said we are down to have the drains replaced we have put up with this for 7 years not being able to gain access to the rear of are houses due to 6 inches of muddy silt coming out of the drain it's a serious health hazard but Bristol city council do not care they rather spend millions of tax payers money on pointless projects .Bristol city council do the right thing and get this your responsibility sorted once and for all .....
