Unnecessary Pedestrian Diversion sign

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3192073.

This route was closed off for a day recently because there was a big crane in Queen St but they have forgotten to clear away this sign. The route around the west and north side of Kings Orchard is otherwise clear.
