Pavement around the Co-op Store is a health and safety risk to customers

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 14:42, Wed 22 December 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

I'm a facilities manager for the Co-op and contact you regarding the pavement around the store on Broomhill Road. It is currently in a poor state of repair and presents a health and safety risk to customers and colleagues. I have acquired the Land registry title plan which shows the area at the front of the store as belonging to yourselves. Please can you consider how this area could be put right. I am happy to meet you on site and discuss options and work with you to come up with a permanent solution for the area. Thank you in advance for your help with this matter.
