Risk of trip due to loose kerb

The kerb stone has become loose within the last month resuting in a risk of damage to vehicles and injury through trips
We are concerned that our elderly neighbors may fall on the loose kerb stone and are therefore seeking repair
The kerb is between 217 and 219 Harrington Road BS148JZ
