Road depression too low

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The bottom bumper of our car is hitting the road each time we exit our drive. We noticed it was happening to our neighbour opposite us, and they have recently had new tarmac added (by council I assume as other works were also done on the road) - so it seems we need the same done on our side.
