Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Hi street light out cars parked on the pavement and furniture on the pavement for more then 3weeks and cardboard no room to walk by with a pram or wheelchair in my case and with no street light on it’s a accident waiting to happen please look at this email as this a serious problem cheers no 22 Colin road
