Black water in our basement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

We are a restaurant located at 8-10 Colston Ave BS1 4ST. There is black water in our basement, which appears to be from underground pipes. I would appreciate it if you could check as soon as possible? There is a bad smell and it affects our trading. Thanks
