Fly tipped black bags in hedge and toppling onto pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Over the Christmas break some charmer has fly tipped a number of black bags of rubbish, some of which have become ripped and shed their contents onto the pavement. Location is South Liberty Lane, outside the Freightline Depot ( now a self storage and quarry stone site) opposite Liberty House (BS3 2ST).
