Abandoned trolley on street corner of Chelsea Park and King Street

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There has been a trolley dumped on the junction of kings street and chelsea park. It's been left here for about 3 weeks and is slowly accruing more rubbish that people are dumping in it. It's partially blocking the corner of the pavement and makes walking around corner with kids/pushchair as there is also a sign post on this corner limiting the space to walk by.
