Damaged tarmac around CATV cover on Salisbury Road, corner of pavement near entrance to flats

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Erosion around the corner of the CATV cover means the cover now protrudes and is a trip hazard. An elderly relative tripped on the corner and sustained an injury to their leg.
