Cars parking partially or fully on footpath by traffic lights and bus stop

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Thoughtless parking on corner of crossroads making car and pedestrian access difficult. Also makes oncoming buses difficult to stop at nearby bus stop when attempting to pick up passengers. I have personally had words with people doing this and they don't give a damn and do what they like/ignore you.
