Hi this drain has been partially blocked by this heavy concrete planter. Youths managed to push this planter off its plinth and into the gutter. It would be impossible to empty or clear this drain as it is. This part of the road floods badly anyway, not helped by another blocked drain on the opposite corner of Brecknock. These planters, there are two of them were installed by the City Council as part of a traffic calming system. Both are old and neglected and could really do with being removed or revamped.
