Faulty Manhole Cover

The Manhole Cover and surrounding tarmac is faulty. The level of noise from the faulty manhole cover is extreme and causing a major disturbance in the vicinity which is making it impossible to sleep. Each time a vehicle hits the manhole cover, it is clattering and breaking up the surrounding tarmac. As well as a nuisance, it is also a major safety issue, as potholes are developing around the manhole cover which is likely to cause an accident, particularly to a motorcyclist, for which you will be responsible, as this issue has already been reported on numerous occasions in the past week and no rectification work has been done to it.
