Black tar resurfacing

Sent to Bristol City Council 19 hours, 37 minutes later

The pavement was resurfaced last Friday with loose black tar surfacing. A bicycle or wheeled device has been pushed over it causing deep grooves. There are also many footprints and animal paw marks. It needs to be resurfaced with something firmer
