Grass being torn up by vehicle driving over it

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

A car is cutting up the grass by driving over the kerb( which has not been dropped) and drives over grass to get to driveway. This has been going on for over 6 months but now has got much worse by dirt being dragged over public footpath and is in my view dangerous.
