Multiple potholes and damaged tarmac

Reported via desktop in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 14:05, Wed 19 January 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3252268.

Multiple potholes and damaged tarmac on the mini roundabout, especially on the entrance to Dean Lane. The state of the road has been consistently reported since 2018, with little or nothing done to rectify the issue. This has been marked as "We've investigated this query but have been unable to trace any issue that requires action." on the latest report, number 3034506, however nothing has been done in any attempt to repair the road surface. Please can you provide information on whether someone has actually been to check on this and deemed it a safe road surface to drive or cycle over?
