Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Moved from Black Swan Car Park over a year ago. Now operating around the New Stadium and Napier Roads area. Take over the pavement, washing cars in the road. No pedestrian access, people expected to walk in the road. Please can you address this on going issue urgently. Thanks.
