Lights are far far too bright and on all night long.

I live in Loxton Square, and my house backs onto Great Hayles Road where my bedroom is. You have recently installed new lights and they are sheer misery. I have been kept up ever since you installed them because they are far too bright to be acceptable, especially when they beam into the bedrooms of the backs of the houses of the poor residents living nearby. I understand that there is a school and children need to be safe, but equally residents have a right to enjoy their own home without nuisance and be able to sleep at night. In a nutshell these lights are completely unsuitable for residents living nearby when they are left on all night. Please turn it off or do something immediately. I am genuinely concerned that I will crash my car on my way to work from lack of sleep. I understand that you might not have been aware of the implications these lights were going to cause when you installed them, but I am truly exhausted from their powerful LED light glare invasion in through my bedroom window and through my normally effective block out curtains. Thank you for listening to my complaint. I appreciate being able to find someone to report this.

The new LED streetlights in Great Hayles Road are terrible. I am kept up all night with these lights. As soon as you put them in I have been blasted with light right through my bedroom window, as well as annoyed in my own living room in my own home. For the past three nights I have started to feel very unwell from them. They are too bright. I have lost sleep and now I am getting migraines off them. They are terrible. It is four am and I have realised it is these lights have been keeping me awake. I am sure you can well understand that this is unfair. Please remove them.
