Not a gully
Reported via desktop in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 11:51, Tue 25 January 2022
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3265593.
There is drainage from No.137 Winchester Rd that empties out onto road. Wessex Water have attended as from downpipe, under garden and onto road. But over the years surface dressing has caused a blockage so no pipes filling and floods back. Wessex Water says it is a BCC issue although not sure where responsibility lies. Please could this be investigated and resident of No.137 advised what can be done and who is responsible.
