Inconsiderate parking

Reported via mobile in the Car parking category anonymously at 21:51, Tue 25 January 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

A flat bed van, along with a few other vans are using Lacey Road as a parking area. These vans obscure vision for vehicles exiting Warman Close due to their close location to that junction and also limit space for vehicles on both sides of Lacey Road/Stockwood Lane roundabout junction. There have been a number of near misses of late.

Updates

  • This vehicle is still there and now has an additional flatbed truck behind it! It doesn’t move for weeks at a time. A number of near misses again over last month. Both vehicles are parked on a pavement making the path inaccessible for wheelchairs/pushchairs. The blue flatbed is also parked to close to a junction obstructing the view leaving warman close.
