Very loud loose manhole cover

There is a loose manhole cover at this location on Wells Road which makes a loud banging noise as cars drive over it every time. It is the cover just outside the Mana Bear's Day Nursery. Is particularly noisy when lorries and buses go over it and will be very dangerous for cyclists.
