Missing pavers - serious trip hazard

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Several paving bricks are missing around the edge of a large utility cover. Serious trip hazard - it has been like this for a few months and I am surprised that it has not been fixed. Someone could have a nasty accident.
