Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The street light #7 on Victoria Walk not operational – this was first reported on 20 October (Your ref: 3216579). No action has been taken. If this utter incompetence was not enough, you have twice issued a false statement, vis: "This enquiry is now closed. No further action is required." Can someone act?
