Steep and slippery surface - very dangerous for cyclists

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

I have seen 3 cyclists fall off when rounding this bend travelling downhill in the past week - one requiring hospitalisation. Steep, slippery finish to surface, perhaps also contaminated with a diesel spill. Also prone to black ice though that was not the issue for any of the incidents I witnessed.
