Numerous potholes, proud drains and tracks

Reported via mobile in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 18:12, Tuesday 1 February 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There is huge damage to the surface of museum street from the end of the road towards the M shed. The road is broken up with long thin pot holes and wider shorter pot holes. There are proud drains and proud disused rail lines. The road itself isn’t wide enough for 2 way traffic and the bike path that has been put in.

In the rain I slipped on a drain onto the track and was thrown off my bike leading to a fractured vertebrae. Can this please be resolved before anyone else is hurt.
