Urban Tractor parked on zigzag lines,mother had 5-6yr old child in front seat,drove onto pavement and parked,left Tractor and went to Bakery for sit down coffee and snack.WHATS WRONG,no traffic control on Gloucester Rd Time 13:06 7th Feb 2022.
