Two street lights still not working. Reference 3288665

There have been several visits recently to try to fix two adjacent street lights, that have not been working since Lila Connect laid new comms cables in the pavement. Today, Monday 7th, February, two new LED light units were fitted to replace the existing non-functioning ones. Unfortunately, the lights are still not working - see photo. The new ones in other parts of the area are working, but these two rather recalcitrant new ones are refusing to play, and we are in the dark once again.
