I am furious. I raised this issue on 21st January 2022, after falling on my face on 20th January 2022. I have been in incredible pain, unable to eat properly for three weeks and have my second dental appointment tomorrow, to find out whether I'll need root canal work. Someone else tripped here in November and had to go to A&E. The case was allocated to an officer. Today I have been notified that the case has been closed as the issue is 'not urgent'. It IS urgent and plainly dangerous.
