Two lampposts not lit

On this side road where the pin has been dropped on the map, there are two lampposts here that are not lit. One is directly opposite from the entrance to the underground car park, and the other lamppost is the second from the end of the side road, before the CCTV camera tower. The lampposts in question have been marked in red in the attached photo.
