Big Cracks on Communal Staircase

Reported via desktop in the General Highways Enquiry category anonymously at 15:34, Wed 9 February 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

I am the owner of a Chinese Takeaway on Queens Road Bishopsworth. The communal Stairs at the rear of the shops that allows residents to walk up to their maisonette residences is severely cracked and damaged leading to water entering my shop when there is significant rainfall, causing damage to the ceiling of the shop toilet. This problem has been ongoing for at least 6months.
