When it's on at night..this bulb is constantly flickering bright & dim .. it's actually causing a problem when I'm in my home sat watching the TV & through my back bedroom window..it constantly reflects on my conservator y roof & through the window..it's so annoying.especially when your trying to watch the tv..it's been like it for a while..but can't cope with it no more..
