Overhanging Bush - Potential wasps nest

This has been over handing since I've moved in (6 months). The bush hangs over from the roof of the rear garage of 5 Somerset Street. Their rear garden is massively overgrown and inaccessible. The overhanging bush in questions restricts access to my property and over hangs on a public path which people have to duck under.
