Bollards left and blocking our disabled access

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 16:37, Thursday 10 February 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The red and white bollards were dropped off end of december, i have emailed BCC and also was informed these were put here by bristol water to carry out works on the road on 18th January 2022. these works have happened and the bollards are left behind. I have been in communication with Bristol Water who after weeks have confirmed that they do not belong to them. they are obstructing our waterloo street this is blocking our disabled access for members and they are unable to park their cars at the rear of our property and gain access to our passenger lift. this has stopped them coming to lunch as the access is difficult. it is also becoming a problem with our deliveries which enter via waterloo street. i would try to move them but they are full with water and way too heavy. i tried calling street services today but was on hold for 40 minutes. could i please ask that these are moved asap. we are receiving complaints from members very regularly and would like to avoid this. many thanks Amy Edwards
