Refuse left for many weeks in bags and over filled bins. Blows around over the pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3304995.

How about leaf letting all properties on both sides of this short length of Gloucester Road pointing out (the obvious) that bagged refuse will not be collected, neither will bins that are not closed and unsorted recycling will be left behind. It used to be 'SHIP SHAPE AND BRISTOL FASHION' Not any more!
