Utility cover badly damaged

Reported via desktop in the Utlility Covers category anonymously at 19:49, Sunday 13 February 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Please can I report a damaged manhole/drain cover on the pavement of the A4 Portway road travelling into Bristol on the stretch of road just beyond Clifton Suspension Bridge.

The exact location of the damaged cover is on the pavement directly opposite the entrance to Clifton Rocks Railway sign. The cover has been damaged possibly by a heavy truck having driven over it,.

As I regularly cycle along that pavement I can see that it will soon will become a hazard with the potential for either cyclist or pedestrian to trip, slip or fall as a result of the damaged cover.
