Pope being used to vandalise house

Hello, So this column is being used by kids to vandalise our house with graffiti. Furthermore, as they climb up and down it they are damaging the render on the house. Is there something we can do to either make it unlikeable, or even just remove it entirely? There are plenty of lights around the area. Can send photos if helpful, please let me know. Thank you
