One outside 31 and opposite both blocked, road flooding and bringing up dirt/debris with rain, causing flooding and splashback of water, can be severe

  • Today due to heavy rainfall lots ponding water sat around gully and water drains into garden of no 31 which cust has to wade through to get out of house. Also cars driving past spray water which today covered the elderly gentleman coming out of his gate. Gully is filled with silt, rubbish etc to the top. Jammed solid
