You can walk on the pavement due to overgrown hedging the path on the opposite side is usually blocked by park vehicles including a min bus so you have to walk in the road

What’s the update on hedging obstructing public footpath ? The other side or the road is always blocked by vehicles parked on the path If someone gets injured due to having to walk in the road and no action has been taken Bristol City Council will be liable
